The Gourmondo New Spring Menu (official debut - April 17) includes Smoked Salmon Cigars with Dill Roulade and Tobiko Caviar, Lobster and Cucumber Salad Served in Edible Cones, and Svaneti Spice and Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin Served with Horseradish Crème.
