Seattle's Monsoon Vietnamese cuisine is expanding to the eastside. On December 10, 2008 their new Bellevue restaurant, Monsoon East, will open.
The mouthwatering cuisine mixes traditional Vietnamese specialties with Pacific Northwest flair including a seafood raw bar, grilled wagyu beef, pan roasted sea bass, grilled free range chicken, stuffed squid, vegetable and fruit accents, an extensive wine list, and more.
Monsoon, 615 19th Avenue E. Seattle, WA 98112, and Monsoon East, 10245 Main St. Bellevue, WA 98004, are owned by sibling chefs Eric and Sophie Banh.
