The new
Urban Wine Café in Belltown is offering guests an eclectic menu of small plates and global wines by the glass and bottle. Urban is the latest incarnation of Designed Dinners, a gourmet meal assembly service. The menu starts at $4.50 per small plate, with glass pours of wines under $8 and bottles under $30. And Designed Dinners fans can still pick up meals and cook them at home.
