Monday June 15, 2009
Joe Montana is a football Hall of Famer with a talented son. Montana's son, Nick, has commited to play quarterback for the University of Washington Huskies (Class of 2010). Nick Montana currently plays for Oaks Christian High School in California and is entering his senior year. If you want a chance to see this young quarterback in action you will have an opportunity to this fall. Nick Montana will go head to head with rival BYU commit quarterback, Jake Heaps from Skyline High School. Oaks Christian and Skyline will play each other on September 18, 2009 at 7 p.m. The game will also be on ESPNU Live. Mark your calendars and go check out Seattle's newest talent recruit. **************************************** Note: There are rumors this game will be played at Qwest Field on September 18, 2009. As of presstime Qwest Field did not have it on their events calendar, but Skyline High School's Web site says it will be played at Skyline High School.
