Since 1996 the Velocity Dance Center has been a contemporary performing arts non-profit organization. It attracts dozens of independent choreographers and is renowned for producing cutting-edge dance work.

Spectrum Dance enrolls over 500 students of all ages each week to participate in one or multiple classes from the 64 classes offered. Also offers a school for dance.

Regardless of body or size Dance Fremont! Encourages the spirit and soul of dance. It is a great studio for children to learn dance from ballet to modern. They also invite serious dance students opportunities to audition for Fremont Danceworks!, a contemporary dance company targeted toward teens.

All That Dance is a positive place for children and adults to discover dance in a non-competitive atmosphere. Classes offered include: tap, ballet, creative movement, hip hip, jazz, swing, ballroom, Irish step and more.

HepCat Productions is Seattle’s premier organization for Swing Dance classes including Lindy Hop and Authentic Jazz Dance. They also host Seattle’s longest running all-ages Swing Dance at their annual Battle of Swing.

Perfect for Broadway-bound teens and kids, the 5th Avenue Theatre offers Saturday morning classes in ballet, jazz, and tap. All classes are taught by professional dancers and choreographers who have worked extensively with the 5th Avenue Theatre.

Northwest Dance Network offers group classes in many kinds of partner dancing, such as East Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Waltz, Salsa, Tango, Nightclub Two-step, West Coast Swing, and more for beginning and intermediate levels.

The Washington Dance Club is located in the 1930s Avalon Ballroom in downtown Seattle and offers a wide range of activities for ballroom dancers, including private lessons, group classes, workshops, dance parties, and special events.

Resilient Spirit offers professional DJ and dance instruction services for weddings, sock hops, hoedowns, salsa nights, themed events, and more. They also offer private lessons and group classes.

The Little Red Hen is Green Lake’s country bar. They boast seven nights a week of live country music. It’s a casual, fun environment and you can learn free country dance steps three nights a week: Sundays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. is Country Dancing; Mondays at 7:45 p.m. is Line Dancing.

McCabe's in Everett offers country dance lessons every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday night for only two bucks. Wednesday night is Ladies Night (learn West Coast Swing for only $5).
