Seasoned Seattle

Seasoned Seattle is a new month long prix fixe promotion organized by NWSource (part of The Seattle Times Company) for Seattle restaurants. The promotion consists of a dozen Seasoned Seattle restaurants (20 years or older). Participating restaurants offer guests the choice of either an appetizer and entrée or an entrée and dessert for $25 in April (Sunday through Thursday) from a prix fixe menu with three options for each course.

All restaurants that met the following criteria were eligible to participate:

1) Single-unit concept (or the original of a now multi-unit concept)
2) Locally-owned
3) Opened in 1988 or earlier
4) Dinner price points slightly higher than mid-range
