There are several options for working out indoors in the Seattle area. Whether you prefer a large or small gym, or you want the attention of a personal trainer, there are plenty of choices for you to get motivated and join.

24 Hour Fitness

A comprehensive athletic club with several locations around Washington State and beyond. A full membership allows you access to their gyms across the U.S.

Gold's Gym

For over 40 years Gold's Gym has been helping people get fit and stay in shape. They have several gym locations around Seattle.

Bally Total Fitness

Bally has 15 clubs across Washington offering personal training, group and individual exercise programs, martial arts, and nutrition and weight loss instruction.

Curves

Curves offers a complete fitness and nutrition solution for women only. Their 30 minute workout targets all major muscle groups burning up to 500 calories using strength training, cardio, and stretching.

Pure Fitness

At Pure Fitness they give monthly gym memberships for $19 a month. All members are offered a trainer who will help you complete a detailed fitness assessment in order to help you set goals at the gym. Then they develop a personalized training program for you while checking in on your progress every 30 days.

Seattle Fitness Inc.

Since 1984 Seattle Fitness Inc. has been based in Pioneer Square. Today the gym offers recent upgrades in equipment, classes, and policies.

Outrageously Fit Seattle

This gym shows you how exercising can be fun and innovative while eliminating boredom and poor exercise habits.

Miekos Fitness

Founded in 1987 it's a family owned health club and is located in six Seattle locations: Covington, Edmonds, Lake City, Magnolia, Mill Creek, Canyon Park.

Rain Fitness

With two Seattle locations Rain Fitness takes pride in what you won't find at their gym: obnoxious trainers, broken equipment, or judgments. They don't believe in them.

Allstar Fitness

Since 1993 Allstar Fitness has offered downtown Seattle residents an affordable gym with world class equipment.
