Lucky Strike Lanes

Lucky Strike Lanes in Bellevue's Lincoln Square has teamed up with acclaimed mixologist Steve Collinson, Asia Director for barsolutions. Steve has travelled across the globe creating cocktails for some of the most well-known places around.

The Lucky Strike Lanes Cocktail Creations Menu includes Signature Creations, such as the Lucky Strike Foam and Lucky Cuba Libre. Collinson has also crafted coffee, Asian, and champagne inspired concoctions.

The custom-made cocktails range in price from $12-$15. Lucky Strike also offers several domestic beers in bowling pin shaped bottles.

SIGNATURE CREATIONS

Lucky Strike Foam
A simple but radical fusion of Absolut Vanilla, butterscotch schnapps and palm sugar finished with Lucky Strike's homemade butterscotch & cinnamon foam.

Grilled Pineapple/ Pepper Martini
A sensational fusion of Belvedere vodka pressed with caramelized grilled pineapple muddled and shaken with cracked black pepper, vanilla and chamomile liqueurs, then finished with freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Citrus Gimlet
A finely balanced mix of Ketel One Citroen vodka violently over-shaken with lime cordial.

Lucky Cuba Libre
A simple yet cutting-edge twist on this classic cocktail. We pour a generous measure of 10 Cane rum over one of our homemade ice spheres and add a twist of fresh lime. As the sphere breaks down, it turns into the perfect Cuba Libre!

Moasted Mary
Belvedere vodka infused with peppercorns, shaken with our special homemade bloody Mary mix, consisting of tomatoes slow-roasted in herbs, a trio of cracked peppercorns, celery salt, and steak sauce and finished with charred tomato juice.
- Served long with a celery salt rim, cucumber slice and speared cherry tomatoes

Swedish Sunset
Absolut Mandrin finely balanced with Campari, fresh blood orange juice and spiked with ruby red grapefruit juice.

Our signature espresso martini is an unusual marriage of freshly charged coffee, Kahlua and a healthy measure of Absolut Vanilla.

A decadent blend of vodka, caramel and chocolate liqueurs spiked with Kahlua and a double shot of freshly charged coffee mixed with chocolate chips.

Lucky Strike Martini
Belvedere vodka married with lychee liqueur, lightly muddled with freshly plucked lychees, then lifted with a hint of homemade lemongrass syrup and spiked with a splash of apple juice.
