The Center for American Food & Wine at SageCliffe (next door to the Gorge Amphitheatre) will host 2007 TomatoFare, a harvest party that celebrates the varied flavors of the heirloom tomato. Over 25 chefs, farmers and others devoted to the preservation and renaissance of these flavorful tomatoes have been growing a selection of "at risk" varieties and will come together at SageCliffe to share recipes and tastings.
