Corporate Gatherings
Technology is a theme through Hotel 1000 with an infrastructure investment of over $3.5 million, including their Hotel Technology Next Generation hospitality-specific system. State-of-the-art technology and audio visual amenities allow for seamless and productive corporate gatherings. Many of the Hotel 1000 event spaces include 63" projection plasma televisions and "smart podiums" with plug and play laptop docking stations.
- Boardroom (377 square feet) - an intimate space for conferences of up to 14 people with video teleconferencing, document readers, and private access to the Parlor.
- Parlor (693 square feet) - a flexible meeting adjacent to the Boardroom for staging special presentations or meals and breaks for 25 to 40 people.
- Library (567 square feet) - affords a quiet fireside sanctuary for private consultations or a relaxing read adjacent to the Outdoor Terrace. This space can be used for private events of 20 to 30 people, but is also used by Hotel 1000 guests in the morning for coffee and newspaper readings, as well an informal one-on-one meetings.
- Outdoor Terrace (1096 square feet) - this versatile space adjacent to both the Great Room and Library can accommodate up to 110 people. It is available year round with custom designed weather covers and heaters.
- Great Room (1856 square feet) - adjacent to the Outdoor Terrace, this is the largest meeting space at Hotel 1000 with space for 80 to 200 people depending on configuration. The room can also be divided in half for maximum breakout flexibility.
- Front Room (1338 square feet) - similar to the Great Room, but slightly smaller and located on the second floor. The room can also be divided in half for maximum flexibility, and can accommodate up to 140 people.
- Corner Room (1299 square feet) - also located on the second floor, this space has multiple walls with windows. The foyer overlooks the magnificent art glass chandelier in the main lobby and connects the Corner Room to the Front Room.
Weddings
Hotel 1000 offers a variety of spaces for weddings. The Outdoor Terrace provides a beautiful setting for a ceremony with a convenient location adjacent to the Great Room (or Ballroom) and the Library.
The Great Room and its Gathering Area can accommodate up to 150 guests for a reception. Guestrooms adjacent to the Gathering Area are ideal for members of the Bridal Party, while the Library provides a residential retreat.
The second floor features the Front Room and the Corner Room for more intimate events of up to 80 guests. These rooms feature expansive windows and abundant natural light. The common foyer between them overlooks the glass chandelier and a floating glass staircase.
