The Fremont troll was crafted in 1990 and is located under the north end of the Aurora Bridge at N. 36th St, Seattle, WA. Every year on October 31 the neighbors of Fremont celebrate a "Trollaween" party in honor of the Fremont Troll under the Aurora bridge. It's a large outdoor party with amazing costumes.
