2009 Chef's Tour of the World at Tulalip Bay

This year join Chef Dean Shinagawa on a fine dining tour around the world at Tulalip Bay.

The Chef's Tour of the World is a monthly dining series featuring original versions of traditional and regional cuisines prepared by Chef Shinagawa and paired with beer and wine selections from sommelier Tom Thompson.

Each monthly five course meal features a different region around the World including:

  • February: Chinese / Dim Sum
  • March: First of Spring / Fruits and Vegetables
  • April: Japanese Cuisine / Sushi
  • May: Spanish Tapas
  • June: Hawaiian Seafood
  • July: Texas Style Barbecue
  • August: Locally Grown, Northwest Ingredients (Washington Wine Month)
  • September: Mushrooms, Mushrooms, Mushrooms
  • October: Moroccan
  • November: American Harvest
  • December: European Cheese and Wine

The Tulalip Bay restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Dinner prices range from $31 to $50 (and vary when wine is included). Address: 10200 Quil Ceda Blvd., Marysville, WA.
