Guide Review - Barrio on Capitol Hill

Barrio's intimate glow lighting is perfect city date night material. The Spanish cuisine ranges from seafood to tender meats and is complimented by their strong collection of Spanish wines and cocktails.

Whats good? Don't miss the Trio of Tortitas, the meat confections melt in your mouth. If you like pumpkin seeds a few of their dishes are featured with them including the Barrio Chopped salad, which is crisp and light and showered with vegetables.

If you go be sure to plan ahead for finding a place to park. Locating the front door can be a challenge since it's not well marked. Look for a huge wood corner door. And be careful when sitting down in the higher stool seating. The thick padding on them can shift when sitting down making you feel like you could fall right out.
