Seattle Roadster Show
The 8th annual Seattle Roadster Show comes to Qwest Field Event Center from March 2nd to March 4th. Candy Cane Lane
Candy Cane Lane has been a staple in Seattle since the 1940s. It is a neighborhood Christmas light display on Park Road and Ravenna Boulevard near Ravenna Park. The light display is free for visitors and is up and running daily, from 4pm to midnight.

Discovering the Dead Sea Scrolls is an exhibition opening at Pacific Science Center on September 23, 2006. It runs until January 7, 2007 and features 4 scrolls never before seen by the public and another making its first appearance outside Israel. Discovering the Dead Sea Scrolls will feature a total of 10 original scrolls and three facsimiles, along with other artifacts from the ancient settlement of Qumran near the Dead Sea. They will be accompanied by a collection of interactive exhibits.

The Tall Ships Festival featured 30 ships and was hosted by the City of Tacoma in partnership with the American Sail Training Association. Inspired by the work of Tacoma's Dale Chihuly, the museum features contemporary glass art. The Chihuly Bridge of Glass offers a spectacular entrance. The hot shop amphitheater features teams of artists creating molten masterpieces that you can watch and feel (the heat).
Ride the Ducks of Seattle
Coast Guard-certified maritime captains lead tours of Seattle on amphibious World War II vehicles known as Ducks. The tour visits all of the major sites in Seattle from Pike Place Market to Pioneer Square, and then it splashes into Lake Union for a spectacular view of the city skyline and the Sleepless in Seattle Houseboats.
